Beginners Guide for Public Vehicle Auctions

Auction Times

All of our Auctions are ONLINE, please see our website for all Auction start times.

Preview Times

We encourage you to come to the auction to preview and inspect all of our vehicles and equipment that is for auction prior to the start of the Public Vehicle and Equipment Auction.  You can do your inspections prior to the auction Monday to Friday 9 am to 4 pm  No pets or children allowed on the premise at any time.  NO PREVIEWING DAY OF AUCTION.

For our Furniture & Misc Auction, as well as our electronic Auctions and Bicycle and Seized Property Auctions, and all other Auctions we may host- you are encouraged to view ALL ITEMS before you place youe BIDS. We do not inspect each item and box or item. It is up to the buyer and that is why we have viewing times. All viewing times will be listed with the information for each Auction. PLEASE NOTE: If it is an OFFSITE AUCTION, viewing will be OFFSITE.

How to Bid

The first step is to read and understand the terms and conditions of the auction. These are posted on the website. By bidding you are deemed to have read these rules and conditions. Once you know which vehicle you wish to bid on make yourself comfortable and watch the action to familiarize yourself with the auction process.

Have an idea in your mind of the price you wish to bid up to. The auctioneer will call for opening bids. Once the bidding begins the auctioneer will indicate the dollar increments the bidding will be taken in. It is important to carefully listen to the auctioneer. A vehicle bought at auction is a legally binding contract. Remember, you cannot bid on behalf of somebody else, our contract is with you, not them.

DO NOT BID if you can’t pay for the vehicle/Auction Items IN FULL. A $500.00 deposit will be forfeited, if unable to pay, and you will be barred from any future auctions here, and with associated auctions.

Buyers Fees: Please see each specific Auction for FEE SCHEDULES FOR EACH SPECIFIC AUCTION.
